These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CarAtoZ — a car-service booking platform available at cara2z.com and via the CarAtoZ Android & iOS apps (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Vionis Technologies Private Limited ("CarAtoZ", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CarAtoZ is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners with independent third-party service centers. We help you discover service centers, view offers, book an appointment slot, and track your booking. We are not a service center and we do not ourselves repair, service, or inspect vehicles. The actual service is provided directly by the service center you choose, who is solely responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, pricing, and outcome of that work.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using CarAtoZ you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of, or authorised to arrange service for, the vehicle you book for.
You can cancel a booking from the app before the service begins. Because payment is made directly to the service center, any charges, deposits, or refunds for work done or cancelled are governed by that service center's policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You may submit ratings and reviews of service centers. Reviews must be honest, based on a genuine experience, and free of unlawful or offensive content. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service.
Service centers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of CarAtoZ. We make reasonable efforts to list genuine centers, but we do not guarantee their availability, workmanship, parts, warranties, or conduct. Any dispute about the actual service is between you and the service center; we may help facilitate communication but are not a party to that contract.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates shown will match the final bill.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vionis Technologies Private Limited and CarAtoZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or services of any service center. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to us for the use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarAtoZ and Vionis Technologies Private Limited from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
The Service uses third-party providers such as Google Firebase (authentication and notifications) and Google Maps. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective provider's terms, as referenced in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. The "Effective date" above reflects the current version; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
